Afinal, para além de Sara Sampaio, tivémos outra estrela portuguesa a desfilar na passadeira vermelha de Cannes, de que não se falou muito: a actriz Maria João Bastos. Tenho que lhe dar os parabéns pela excelente escolha do vestido. Não sou nenhuma polícia da moda, mas, na minha opinião, estava muito elegante, fazendo, de certeza, muita inveja, às portuguesas Rita Pereira e Cristina Ferreira, que dariam tudo para estar no lugar dela. A pseudo-actriz e a apresentadora esganiçada deslocaram-se, também, para Cannes, embora para um evento paralelo, em representação de uma marca de gelados, a "Magnum". Daqui se conclui que a presença portuguesa em Cannes pouco se fez sentir. No entanto, fiquei aliviada por estas últimas não terem tido a oportunidade de mostrar os seus péssimos e pindéricos gostos na passadeira vermelha de Cannes. Haja bom senso!
After all, besides Sara Sampaio, there was another portuguese star who walked Cannes' red carpet, to whom we didn't pay due attention: the actress Maria João Bastos. I have to congratulate her on the excellent choice of her dress. I'm not a fashion police, however, in my opinion, she was very elegant, making the portuguese Rita Pereira and Cristina Ferreira, certainly, jealous, who would give everything to be on her shoes. The so-called actress and the squeaky entertainer went also to Cannes, although to a parallel event, in representation of an ice cream brand, named "Magnum". It therefore follows that portuguese presence at Cannes was hardly felt. Yet, I was relieved of these last ones not having chance to parade their awful and shabby tastes on Cannes' red carpet. Please, show some reasonableness!
